Villa group Elite members are certain to get VIP treatment when they stay at any of the resorts offered by their Villa Group Membership; for example, you get to book with your exclusive Villa Group Elite call center, you can check-in inside your suite with a bottle of wine (due to a pre-arrival check-in process). You also get a seven day advance on arrival upgrades.
Additional benefits include, but are not limited to a personalized butler service, priority seating at onsite restaurants, and free WIFI as well as access to VIP pool areas where they are present. So it’s not just a title; you really do get that little extra!
How do you become a Villa Group Elite member?
If you want to be an Elite Member you need to consider the number of points you have; your elite level is determined by this. For example, the first Elite Membership level is called four star and in order to gain access to it you need to have purchased 5,000 points, the next level ( fivestar) starts at 10,000, and the Elite Residence is available at 15,000 points.
