They have ensured all properties are in pristine condition to welcome guests back. Renovations, deep cleaning and improvements have been made at their properties. While the resorts closed temporarily in accordance with government guidelines, they are ready to open their doors again to welcome back beloved guests. Staff has been trained in order to seamlessly adapt to the changes so that guests can have a safe and enjoyable vacation. In addition, Tafer Hotels & Resorts has updated their cancellation policies to provide guests with more flexibility if travel plans need to change.
Updated Sanitation & Resort Improvements
Tafer Hotels & Resorts has been working hard as they anxiously awaited reopening. To start with, staff has been trained to maintain proper Preverisk food, beverage, health, and safety standards. Also, refresher courses were conducted on how to provide efficient customer service and follow appropriate safety measures. Maintenance crew has been tending to the landscaping and terrain surrounding the resorts. They also have updated irrigation systems, planted flowers, and trimmed hedges. In addition, pools and jacuzzis at each property have been drained, serviced, and given a deep cleaning. In the resort’s suites, housekeeping has thoroughly cleaned to keep our guests safe. Also, repainting, preventative maintenance, detailing, and other additional improvements have been completed in each of the rooms, sidewalks, recreation areas, and lounges. Although closing the resorts temporarily was difficult, Tafer Hotels & Resorts is proud to look to the future and is ready to welcome guests back.
